Tracking us? Pahaha. How much longer until they are just sitting next to us, watching our every move?
It’s not the worst idea though. Its probably one of the better idea I’ve hear all year. The whole watching what we search on Google and then advertising it on the website explains A LOT. In fact, all the research I’m doing on sprint is resulting in a billion and 5 Sprint ads popping up on my screen every time I’m on the web in TelNetWeb. But it gets to ya. So I think it’s a great idea. But the whole finding were we live? That’s creepy.

"A" For Effort.

I’ve neverrrr been the one who cares about the environment. So when Ms. Riley introduced us to E-waste, and what it has done to our world, and our environment, I didn’t feel anything. To me, it was just another thing wrong with the way we are living. I didn’t gasp at the pictures of fields full of old and broken computers. The photographs of people working in factories full of old computer part didn’t surprise me, and the pictures of people burning some of the electronics to get the “good” parts of the device didn’t shock me or make me feel bad. Was I saposte to have a hurt heart when seeing E-waste? It’s just another form of trash to me, and our world is full of trash. What I’ve said is how I truly feel. It would be a complete lie to sit here and say that reading this article, and looking at the disturbing pictures had any effect on me.

-BUT I do have respect for people who feel like they can fix this. It’s good to have goals.

Books online? Eh. It’s nothing that surprises me, nor does it bother me.

Now-a-days, it’s only natural that Google is doing such a thing. This generation is extremely lazy, and under motivated. And complaining about us being lazy and under motivated won’t fix it, sooooo this is why Google is my best friend. :) It’s just so convent. Some people hate the idea of making a book available to read online. That’s completely fine. But I? I applaud such a thing. Sure it takes away from the fun of actually having a book in your possession but when it comes to getting what you’re trying to do done (read a book and get to the end) it does just that, and that’s good enough for me. *SAVES TREES!* <- something I just thought of. Not that I care. Lol, ask someone, and you will quickly find out I’m not about "going green" but yeah. Having books online means they won’t have to print anymore, and well you can figure out the rest.

There is not one day where I don’t get my on BlackBerry, type in something in the Google search bar that my teacher was blabbing about; to figure out what the heck she was talking about while I was texting some cutie or just not paying attention. Call it irresponsible, but all A’s has never felt so good. So I THANK Google for ALL it’s done. From putting full on books online, to having all the answers to my English quiz on Bless Me Ultima.

Berners-Lee is my hero :)

I love him. Period.

I’m talking about Tim Berners-Lee. The fact that he has invented something that has suchhh an impact on my everyday life just blows my mind. It makes me extremely happy to know that not everyone in this world is useless or an idiot. Harsh I know, but it’s rare that you come across, or like read about people who have something to do with one of the best things that’s ever happened to you. Aka, the web. I love the fact that he acts really like nonchalant about things. It made me smirk when I read “Journalists have always asked me what the crucial idea was, or what the singular event was, that allowed the Web to exist one day when it hadn’t the day before. They are frustrated when I tell them there was no “Eureka!” moment.” He then went on to explain that inventing the web was not as grate as Newton’s discovery of gravity. Uhh is it just me who thinks Burners-Lee’s discover better? :)

So this is what blogging is like?

Wud up blogging world! :) Sooo I'm sitting in my TelNetWeb class and this is what we are doing for the rest of the year. Blog. I'm not sure how good ill be butttt I'm sure it can't be that hard. All you do is like wright about what your doing right? I guess ill find out sooner then latter. I hope.

Well Ms. Riley wants us to right about our self. Sooo I was going to put up my Personal Statement that we had to write at the start of the year. So i click on the H drive, pull up my paper, and all i see is a lot of crap that is sooo not a statement about my personal life. For exaple. I acrually DONT work at Schlotzsky's anymore. Ummm, i haven't been to a Student Council meeting in like forever, and Boyfriend? Lol yeahhh right!

Things really have changed over one semester. Its kind of crazy when i think about how fast things came and went....

Eh oh well! :)
